§ 1. General provisions

1. These terms define the rules for using the website available at soniceye.pl (the "Website") and the operator panel available at soniceye.pl/login.html (the "Panel").

2. The service provider is Netten Systems Sp. z o.o., registered office in Nowęcin, Poland (Spacerowa 4, 84-360), KRS 0000534033, NIP 8411715727 (the "Provider").

§ 2. Nature of the Website

1. The Website is informational in nature and presents the acoustic UAV detection technology developed by the Provider under the SonicEye brand.

2. Content presented on the Website, including technical parameters, comparative tables, and system variant descriptions, is indicative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Detailed parameters, configurations, and terms of cooperation are agreed individually.

3. The Website is addressed to businesses and institutional entities.

§ 3. Electronically supplied services

1. Through the Website, the Provider supplies, free of charge, access to informational content and enables contact by e-mail, including expressions of interest in the pilot program.

2. Access to the Panel is a separate service, provided exclusively to the Provider's clients and partners under a separate agreement that sets out the detailed terms of Panel use. To the extent not regulated by such agreement, these terms apply to the use of the Panel.

§ 4. Technical requirements

Using the Website requires a device with Internet access and a current version of a web browser supporting HTML5 and JavaScript. Using the Panel additionally requires an active operator account and strictly necessary session cookies to be enabled.

§ 5. Rules of use

1. Users must use the Website and the Panel in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and these terms.

3. Panel users must keep their access credentials confidential and promptly notify the Provider of any suspected disclosure.

§ 6. Intellectual property

1. All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, interface elements, and SonicEye marks, is the subject of rights held by the Provider or entities whose resources the Provider uses under appropriate licenses, and is protected by law.

2. Use of Website content beyond personal use requires the Provider's prior consent.

§ 7. Liability

1. The Provider endeavors to keep the Website content current and reliable; however, given the developmental nature of the technology, content may change. Binding system parameters are set out in documentation provided in the course of technical discussions, pilots, or agreements.

2. The Provider reserves the possibility of temporary interruptions in the availability of the Website or the Panel, in particular due to maintenance work or causes beyond the Provider's control.

3. The Provider's liability towards Panel users is governed by the separate agreements referred to in § 3(2).

§ 8. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Website or the Panel may be submitted to biuro@soniceye.pl.

2. A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details of the person submitting it. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.

§ 9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular due to changes in the scope of services or applicable law. The current version is always available at soniceye.pl/terms.html.

2. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.

3. Disputes related to the use of the Website or the Panel will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
